Type of Cooperation: part-time (minimum availability of 3 days a week) or full-time

Location: remote or hybrid work*

* the position may be home-based, with a willingness to travel to Biokinetica’s Phase I unit in Warsaw, attend conferences, or meet with clients, mainly in Europe. Additionally, a visit to the Biokinetica office (Warsaw, Poland) at least once every two months would be expected.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a complex environment such as a pharmaceutical/biotech company, a CRO, or a Phase I unit/CRU, at an equivalent position.
• Preferably with early phase experience, but a combination of early and late phase experience is welcome.
• University-level education, PhD, or demonstrated equivalent medical/scientific background.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated client-facing experience and good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking skills and desk research capabilities are also important.
• Focused on customer relations with the ability to build strong rapport with business partners.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities, working to tight deadlines.

Expectations

• Primary point of contact for designated, cross-functional regional and/or global projects, responsible for developing successful working relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business returns to Biokinetica.
• Experience in creating or reviewing project proposals and corresponding budgets, and experience in bid defense process would be an additional asset.
• Manage projects in accordance with the contract, including proactively managing any study budget changes in scope.
• Define project scope, resource requirements, and deliverables, and develop and maintain cross-functional project management plans.
• Proficiency in the clinical trial process, from start-up to final report.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, etc.
• Responsible for risk mitigation strategies, associated action plans, and issue resolution.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and effectively monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
