3. For what purpose will we process your personal data?
   We will process your personal data for the purpose of responding to your request sent via the contact form through the communication channels indicated in the form.
4. How do we profile your data?
   We inform you that your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
5. What is the legal basis for the processing?
   PThe legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
6. To whom may personal data be disclosed?
   Your data may be transferred to external entities providing IT services to the Administrator, including hosting companies for the collection of the Administrator’s data on external servers.
7. May the information you provide be transferred outside of the European Border Area?
   The Administrator will not transfer your personal data to recipients located outside the European Economic Area.
8. What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data?
   • You have the right to access your personal data and to request its correction, deletion or restriction.
   • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, to the extent that such data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Administrator.
   • You have the right to rectify your processed personal data, if the data are inaccurate.
   • You have the right to obtain from the Administrator the communication of your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, as well as the right to request that the said data be communicated to another Administrator on the basis of your consent.
   • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
   • If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

   We will process the following categories of your personal data:

   • content of message/inquirya.
10. For how long will your personal data be kept?
    Personal data provided in the form will be kept for the time necessary to process your request or until you revoke your consent.
11. Information about the requirement to provide data.
    Providing your personal information is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal information is that you will not be able to send a request via the contact form.

3. W jakim celu będziemy przetwarzali Twoje dane osobowe?
   Twoje dane osobowe będziemy przetwarzali w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na Twoje pytanie wysłane przez formularz kontaktowy za pośrednictwem kanałów komunikacji, które zostały wskazane w formularzu.
4. W jaki sposób profilujemy dane?
   Informujemy, że Twoje dane nie będą podlegały zautomatyzowanemu przetwarzaniu, w tym profilowaniu.
5. Jaka jest podstawa prawna przetwarzania?
   Podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest Twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
6. Do jakich odbiorców mogą zostać przekazane dane osobowe?
   Twoje dane mogą być przekazywane podmiotom zewnętrznym zapewniającym obsługę IT Administratora, w tym firmom hostingowym w zakresie gromadzenia danych Administratora na zewnętrznych serwerach.
7. Czy wskazane dane mogą zostać przekazane poza Europejski Obszar Graniczny?
   Administrator nie będzie przekazywał Twoich danych osobowych do odbiorców znajdujących się poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym.
8. Jakie są Twoje prawa związane z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych?
   • Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo żądania ich sprostowania, ich usunięcia lub ograniczenia ich przetwarzania.
   • Masz prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzana przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych – w takim zakresie, w jakim te dane są przetwarzane na podstawie uzasadnionych interesów Administratora.
   • Przysługuje Ci prawo sprostowania przetwarzanych danych osobowych, w takim zakresie, w jakim wskazane dane są niezgodne ze stanem faktycznym.
   • Masz prawo do przenoszenia danych osobowych od Administratora w ustrukturyzowanym formacie nadającym się do odczytu maszynowego, oraz prawo do żądania przesłania wskazanych danych do innego administratora na podstawie udzielonej zgody.
   • Przysługuje Ci prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych, jakim jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
   • W zakresie, jakim podstawą przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych jest zgoda, masz prawo wycofania zgody w każdym momencie. Cofnięcie zgody pozostaje bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.

   W celu skorzystania z powyższych praw należy skontaktować się z Administratorem lub Inspektorem Ochrony Danych.

9. Jakie Twoje dane przetwarzamy?
   Będziemy przetwarzać następujące kategorie Twoich danych osobowych:
   • imię nazwisko;
   • numer telefonu;
   • treść wiadomości/zapytania.
10. Przez jaki okres będą przechowywane Twoje dane osobowe?
    Dane osobowe przekazane w formularzu będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do wyjaśnienia sprawy w związku otrzymaniem Twojego zapytania lub do momentu wycofania Twojej zgody.
11. Informacja o wymogu podania danych.
    Podanie Twoich danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konsekwencją niepodania danychosobowych będzie brak możliwości wysłania zapytania za pośrednictwem formularza kontaktowego.
